Seek out positive people. Hopefully, associating with positive people will help me be a more positive person.
Update: I've been doing this exercise most of my life, whether I realized it or not. Negative people really bring me down. I feel less productive, sadder, and less optimistic when I associate with negative people. It's not always easy to dissociate from people, but this is where I am in my life. If they are not family or I don't have to work with them, then I keep my interactions with negative people to a minimum.
